Originally from San Francisco, Chef Josh has traveled all over the country and the world to further hone his craft and become adept in a variety of cuisines. He mentored under 2 master chefs of France, spent two years as a live-in chef for a family in Argentina, and learned sushi making from the Bay Area’s best. He has adorned many executive chef hats throughout his career. Expanding his knowledge of different styles of cuisine from some of the best chefs in some of the best restaurants from around the world.
